Abbey and Dan got married March this year in such an jaw dropping marquee. It was such a privilege to be part of their special day as we knew dan before hand from different ventures. These two have such busy lives, buying their own business less than a year before getting married just added to it all.
Abbey selected some stand out vendors which meant she could put her trust in them and enjoy the day for what it is.
Abbey and her beautiful bridesmaids grabbing a minute in the marquee before the chaos started. So many of our brides thank us for giving them this idea, it gives you a minute to appreciate all the work that has been done and see your vision put together finally. Every bride should do this in any venue, I know I will be.
We worked very closely with Abbey and her event stylist Kim Chan to make sure every aspect of this incredible marquee was executed perfectly. Gold Charger plates were sourced from a place in Christchurch which Kim generously offered to bring down, she always does go above and beyond.
Abbey choose Poppy at One Big Day to create something truely special and unique by having the table numbers as loved ones wedding photos and dates. Something truley inspired if you ask us.
True gentleman, need I say more?
We have heard a lot about this trend though this is the first wedding which it was done. Having an array of cakes, decorated differently but with the same tones and all different flavours. A nice twist on the classic of the tiered cake all the same benefits just a little more modern.
